Payments and cancelations

Car Rentals & Motorcycle Rentals with ML Rent-a-Car, Paros. Booking & Cancellation Policy valid for any Car Hire or Bike Hire from our fleet.

Means of Payment

– By Credit Card online, via the Alpha Bank Secure Internet PaymentSystem. Please note that, throughout the payment processes, no personal or credit card data can be accessed by our company or any other 3rd party, except of Alpha Bank who is authorized to process our online credit card payments. – Via Pay Pal, with an additional 0,38% commission.
– All transactions are made in Euro €.

Booking Policy

– A prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required in order to secure a booking. Bookings are finalized and confirmed by ML Rent-a-Car Paros within 48 hours.
– The confirmation along with the payment receipt are sent to the email address indicated at the time of booking.
– If, for whatever reason, a booking cannot be confirmed on the part of our company within 48 hours, the prepayment is fully refunded.
– Full payment of every booking is required at the time of pick-up, by credit card or in cash.

Cancellation Policy

– By choosing to purchase our ‘Cancellation Service’ (fee: €8) at the time of booking, you are eligible to cancel your car or scooter reservation up to 7 days prior to pick-up date with full refund.
– Our ‘No-Show’ policy guarantees your reservation for 6 hours after the due pick-up time. After this time, the reservation is cancelled and the prepayment is not refundable. However, there are no further charges. * In case of no-show due to bad weather conditions or strikes, there is no booking charge and the prepayment is refunded in full (except Late Cancellation Service fee – if applicable).
– In any other case of cancellation the prepayment is not refundable.

Discount Coupons

– Each discount coupon issued by ML Rent-a-Car is sent to your email address and includes a unique coupon code. The coupons apply only to the specific person and/or offer indicated.
– To use your coupon at the time of booking, make sure to enter the discount code in the field “Enter here your coupon code” (available at step #3 of the booking process) and then click Apply in order see the discounted prices and proceed with the booking.
